The project is a key component of the overall initiative “Yongda – Production of 65,000 tons of aluminum alloy products and 32,000 tons of cast iron automotive parts per year.” Official construction began in May 2025, covering a total floor area of 106,000 square meters. Foundation work has been completed, and erection of the main steel structure is progressing on schedule. Commissioning is planned for December 31, 2025.
The Nanling project is located in the Longtan Auto Parts Industrial Park in Xuzhen, Nanling County, Wuhu City, Anhui Province, and represents a comprehensive relocation of Yongda’s operations. It is being implemented in three phases:
- Phase I: Construction of dormitory facilities
- Phase II: Workshops for parts processing, high-pressure die casting, and gravity casting – with a focus on aluminum castings and automotive components; this stage represents the core production area of the project
- Phase III: Construction of the iron casting workshop
With a total investment of 1.3 billion yuan, the project covers 323.2 Mu (approx. 16 acres). Phases I and II are currently under construction. Installation of production equipment is scheduled for late October 2025, with production start-up planned for early 2026. Once completed, the plant will have an annual production capacity of 65,000 tons of aluminum castings and 32,000 tons of iron castings for the automotive industry.
The Yongda project manager explained the choice of Nanling as the new site, citing the favorable business environment and distinct location advantages. The relocation is expected to provide optimal conditions for the company’s development. At present, Yongda continues to report strong order intake and positive business momentum.
