Harold joined Inductotherm in August, 1974, beginning as a Field Service Engineer. Throughout his career, he held many positions but always kept the reputation of providing excellent service and education.
“His main focus was always to make sure our customers received the attention that they deserved,” said Jay Singer, Vice President of Customer Service. “In his last position as Customer Training Manager, Harold had the opportunity to educate our customers on operating and maintaining their Inductotherm equipment in a safe and efficient manner. We all wish Harold a long and enjoyable retirement.”
